Guidelines for Speakers
GUIDELINES FOR SPEAKERS
All speakers are requested to contact the chairs of their sessions in the Presentation' Room, at least ten minutes prior to the beginning of the session.
The available equipment for presentation includes a computer with multimedia projector (data-show).The presentation material should have a good quality and be written in English.
The time for presentation is limited to 15 minutes for regular papers, with 5 minutes more for questions, and 35 minutes for invited papers, with 5 minutes more for questions.
In fairness to the other speakers, it is requested that the presentation time limit be strictly followed.
The wall is a solid board of 1 meter x 1.20 meter. Can use tapes to fix the poster but cannot use nails. In our view, a poster of 95 x 85 centimeters should be adequate.
In your presentation, please provide an Introduction or Outline and a Summary or Conclusion. Use bullet charts, figures, tables, equations, and photographs as applicable to highlight the important technical content of your paper.
Simply posting the pages of the written version of your paper is a very poor practice for the Posters Session.
